Area Of Specialization: Organizational Behavior

I am a final year FP student at IIM Calcutta. My research focus is on mechanism of field change in organizational fields. My dissertation examines the changes in institutional logic, identity and field governance norms in the organizational field of Howrah foundries. It mainly draws upon theoretical lens of institutional theory and business history.

The other area of my interest is philosophy of science.
