I am in the fifth year of fellowship program and have successfully defended my thesis proposal. Currently I am working on my dissertation. My topic involves analyzing investment behavior of Indian corporates. My work involves linking firm level behavior with broader macroeconomic frameworks.
I have worked as a research assistant in Department of Economics at Mumbai University for a year. My work primarily involved data analysis and econometric modelling. I also published an academic paper based on this work.
During my under-graduation, I worked as an accounting and tax assistant for around three years in a chartered accountancy firm. My work was primarily related to accounting procedures, income tax returns and auditing.
Currently I am pursuing fellowship program in management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. During 2010-12, I completed Masters of Arts in Economics from department of Economics, University of Mumbai, India securing First Class. During 2009-10 I completed Bachelor of commerce from H.R. College of commerce & Economics, University of Mumbai, India securing, First class with Distinction. During 2006-07 I received Higher Secondary Certificate from H.R. College of commerce & Economics, Maharashtra State board, India, securing First class and Distinction. Further, in 2009-10 I Cleared Professional Competence course exam conducted by ICAI.
