    About Me

I have rich experience of five years as a professional and two years as a researcher while working with the government, non-government, and private organizations. There I received plenty of opportunities to manage and implement large-scale projects at all the levels of the organizational hierarchy. Currently, my research in Management Information Systems (MIS) field is motivated by my professional experience and the inclination I have gained towards the development of marginalized people through innovative use of ICT by various agencies. As a part of my Ph.D. research, I am exploring the sociomaterial phenomena 'IT Emergence in Social Enterprises (SE)' and understanding how SEs are balancing their dual goals of social and financial sustainability.
